With our continuous effort to deliver freshly roasted coffee to you, we do not pre-roast and stock coffee. In lieu of this, we will take a maximum of two business days to process all orders. Our courier partners have also specified certain number of days to deliver the order depending on the region.

Return & Refunds

All products presented in the fivefarms.in website are of high quality and inspected and packed by professionals who adhere to health and safety standards specified by the law.
All the products are packed on order.
If in any such case the packs are damaged at delivery it will be replaced under the following condition
1. A photograph of the damaged shipment to be e-mailed  or sent by WhatsApp to +91 9113585323
2. The package has to be posted back to the shop address mentioned in the ‘contact us’ Page.
3. Postage has to be done withing 48 hrs of delivery
On receiving the parcel at our office our staff will get in touch with you regarding replacement or refund. Refund will be done by UPI within 24 hours after receiving the parcel
